Sales Executive - SaaS (Hybrid)

The Opportunity Riskonnect is seeking a Sales Executive to drive new business across Australasia. This role is responsible for generating revenue through the sale of our Governance, Risk, and Compliance solutions within a defined territory. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product Management, Client Services, Support, Professional Services, Inside Sales, and Sales Engineering. Partnering with a Sales Engineer, you will identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions that create strong, long-term customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end sales execution and achieve quarterly revenue targets Build and leverage relationships with C-level stakeholders across Governance, Risk and Compliance, Risk Management, Information Security, IT, Compliance, and Internal Audit Develop and execute targeted account plans, including prospecting, stakeholder engagement, product demonstrations, and deal closure Lead complex sales cycles and contract negotiations Demonstrate strong SaaS sales expertise with a proven track record of success Maintain a high level of organisation across pipeline, activities, and opportunities Manage time and territory effectively, including 20 to 30 percent overnight travel Skills and Experience Minimum 5 years of enterprise software sales experience, preferably within Governance, Risk, and Compliance, risk management, business continuity, or related industries Strong understanding of enterprise software sales with the ability to clearly articulate business value to stakeholders Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets Skilled communicator and relationship builder with the ability to establish trust and credibility with clients Experience selling into Governance, Risk, and Compliance, IT, Risk, or similar functions is highly preferred Strong business acumen with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach and the ability to build compelling business cases Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and close deals effectively Highly organised with the ability to track activities, opportunities, and contacts in Salesforce daily Familiarity with SaaS metrics such as ARR, pipeline coverage, and forecasting Experience with enterprise sales methodologies such as Miller Heiman, MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Proficiency with go-to-market tools such as Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator Excellent written and verbal communication skills Why Join Riskonnect?
