As a subject matter expert, you will contribute to the development of operational plans and risk management strategies, ensuring the highest quality and professionalism in service delivery.Job responsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions.Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate program planning and risk synthesis (e.g., consolidating inputs into integrated plans, RAID, and executive-ready updates), validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity requirements.Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentum.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.Utilize advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Champion agile delivery practices and continuous improvement, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.Promotes reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for program governance and reporting, ensuring human review and alignment to delivery standards. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organizationDemonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support program management workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations.Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clientsEffective communication and presentation skills both to business and technical audience and the ability to work collaboratively in teams to achieve common goalsAdept at working in globally diverse teams across different time zones and forging relationships with key business stakeholders and development teamsAdvanced experience in utilizing technical fluency, including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relations, to enable on-demand access to shared pools of applications and servicesPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience in Treasury Services, Cash Management or Global Transaction Banking would be an advantageExperience in managing projects with complex regulatory requirementsExperience in projects that involve launching products into new global marketsExperience in managing infrastructure/data center implementation projects JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
