Construction Manager

$30 - $60 per hour

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager / Estimator with NYC construction experience. Experience with bidding, estimating & quantity takeoffs. Ability to read construction drawings/specifications. Knowledge of Bluebeam, Excel & project scheduling. Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders & project coordination. NYC DOB / Local Law 11 experience preferred. Experience in façade restoration, roofing, waterproofing, masonry or scaffolding is a plus. Candidate should be organized, responsible, and able to manage projects from bidding through completion. Location: New York City. Compensation: Based on experience.
