Job Description The Department of Urban Studies at Worcester State University seeks to fill an adjunct position starting Fall 2025 in public budgeting and financial management. The instructor will teach courses in Financial Management to nonprofit and public management students, and in Public Budgeting and Financial Management to students in the public administration and policy program. Courses run once a week in the evenings, either in‑person, online, or blended. Qualifications At least a master’s degree (earned Ph.D. or ABD preferred) in accounting, finance or related fields. Candidates with an MPA background in accounting and finance are also eligible. Strong communication skills and ability to teach graduate students. College teaching experience preferred.
