JOB SUMMARY

As an Apprentice Electrician , you will assist Lead Electricians in completing residential and commercial electrical jobs while gaining valuable on-the-job experience. This is an opportunity to learn from top professionals, develop strong troubleshooting skills, and build a career in a growing trade.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As part of our team, you will:

• Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial electrical systems
• Help troubleshoot electrical malfunctions and determine needed repairs
• Learn how to evaluate the condition of electrical equipment and systems
• Work with and understand blueprints, electrical schematics, and job specifications
• Identify proper materials and quantities needed for jobs
• Learn and use our Straight Forward Pricing Guide
• Help present repair and installation options to customers in a clear, professional way
• Participate in completing safety inspections and maintaining a safe job site

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Minimum Requirements:

• Electrical Experience preferred, but will train.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
• Electrical License Preferred
• Ability to explain issues clearly and provide solutions to customers
• Willingness to learn, work hard, and grow in the electrical trade

Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
