Sourdough & Co. is bringing its fresh, flavorful menu and welcoming atmosphere to Panama City Beach, and we are building a team of 15 enthusiastic, dependable, and customer-focused people who want to be part of something exciting.

We are looking for team members who take pride in preparing delicious food with high-quality ingredients, enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant, and understand that exceptional customer service is what brings people back again and again.

Our goal is simple: Serve outstanding food, make every guest feel welcome, and create the kind of experience that makes people want to return several times a week!

Sandwich Maker Standards

Our sandwich makers play an especially important role in delivering the quality and consistency customers expect.

• Build every sandwich according to the correct recipe and specifications.

• Double-check each sandwich for accuracy before closing and cutting it.

• All sandwiches on sourdough are cut. If it is not cut, it is a sub—not a sandwich!

• Work toward an average ticket time of six minutes while maintaining quality and accuracy.

• Keep the preparation station clean, tidy, and properly stocked.

• Maintain clean towels and the designated sanitation-towel bucket according to restaurant sanitation procedures.

• Keep clean towels neatly folded at the station and stored in the designated sanitation bucket when required.

• Keep knives clean and properly positioned in accordance with safe knife-handling procedures.

• Close preparation station lids when stations are not in use.

• Restaurant experience is a plus, but the right attitude matters most. We welcome applicants with food service experience as well as motivated candidates who are eager to learn.

We are hiring 15 team members for our new Sourdough & Co. restaurant in Panama City Beach, Florida!

Qualifications: 

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Must have dependable transportation to Panama City Beach location
• ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification completed or willing to obtain certification 
• Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
• Be on time. Flexible work schedule
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods 
• BE A TEAM PLAYER WILLING TO HELP OTHERS!
