Senior Principal Mfg Science & Tech: External Partner Lead

Alcon is seeking a Sr. Principal Engineer, Manufacturing Science & Technology, to lead multiple technical projects with external manufacturing partners. You will develop, implement, and evaluate production materials, equipment, and technologies, while transferring processes from R&D to manufacturing sites and optimizing capacity across Fort Worth, Houston, or Irvine. The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), 7+ years of relevant experience, and 5+ years of leadership.
