Johnson & Johnson seeks a District Manager for Genitourinary oncology in the Pacific Northwest. This field-based leadership role involves managing a sales team, executing territory business plans for oncology and urology products, and driving sales results within budget.

Responsibilities

Manage field-based oncology sales specialists and oversee territory business plan execution
Develop strategic plans and guide team to achieve sales targets within assigned budget
Build and develop high-performing team while managing individual performance
Engage with internal and external customers to align business strategy with patient needs
Operate in field environment with minimal supervision while maintaining regulatory compliance

Requirements

Bachelor's degree minimum
Eight years relevant work experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or healthcare industry
Five years sales or cross-functional commercial experience
Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and motivate others
Valid US driver's license and willingness to travel up to 40%
Prior people management experience or completion of management development program

Compensation: $130,000 - $224,250 base, plus performance bonus and benefits eligibility
