What You’ll Do Build and own sourcing strategies for software engineering, ML/AI, and engineering leadership roles, from target list construction to first outreach to close Hunt for top‑tier technical talent through advanced sourcing techniques and technical community engagement Run full‑cycle recruiting for complex technical roles, coordinating technical interviews, coding assessments, and system design evaluations while delivering a strong candidate experience Serve as a market intelligence resource for hiring managers on compensation benchmarking, competitive landscape, and talent pool sizing Who We’re Looking For 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, with a heavy emphasis on outbound sourcing Strong opinions on what a great engineer looks like and able to defend them with examples Proven track record driving searches end to end across a wide range of engineering roles, flagging concerns early and keeping searches on track Cold outreach that converts is a core skill.
