Trainer – Burn Boot Camp Cave Creek

About the Role
Burn Boot Camp Cave Creek is looking for energetic, positive, and team-oriented Trainers to help deliver an exceptional workout experience to our members. Trainers lead full camps, provide modifications, ensure member safety, demonstrate exercises, and help maintain our positive and motivating environment.

What You Will Do

• Demonstrate movements clearly and safely
• Provide modifications and correct form when needed
• Encourage members and help create a high-energy environment
• Assist with setting up and resetting equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized training space
• Help ensure member safety throughout the workout
• Assist the team during events, community outreach, and Grand Opening activities
• Occasionally help with check-ins or member engagement

What We Are Looking For

• Strong passion for fitness and helping others
• High energy, positive attitude, and strong communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate exercises with proper form
• Comfortable speaking in front of groups
• Coachable and willing to learn Burn Boot Camp training protocols
• Experience in fitness, athletics, personal training, group training, or coaching preferred
• CPT or fitness certification is required for Trainer roles

Schedule & Pay

• Part-time position
• Must be available for morning and/or afternoon camp blocks
• Compensation: $24–$35 per hour , depending on experience and certifications
