Duties & Responsibilities

Perform ROP (Retinopathy of Prematurity) screening in NICU settings across three hospital campuses
Conduct comprehensive pediatric ophthalmology examinations on newborns
Collaborate with NICU staff and neonatologists to coordinate patient care
Document screening results and develop follow-up care plans
Provide non-surgical and surgical ophthalmology interventions as needed
