Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services.

Additional Details:

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience: Coil embolization/ablations. Peripherals/venous access/hemodynamic monitoring. -Note: Minimum of 1 year acute care experience in cath Lab -Community Hospital Experience

Preferred Skills/Experience: EP/structural heart experience not required; stroke/interventional radiology experience preferred.

Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission. Block scheduling may be accommodated at manager discretion.

Unit Details: STEMI and stroke receiving center. Supports cardiac, EP, VTE thrombectomy, interventional neuro, and interventional radiology cases. TAVR/TMVR, Watchman, MitraClip, diagnostic and interventional cardiology, diagnostic and interventional neuro, and IR. Adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient population. -Parking Cost: Hang-tag: $10.00, Key-cards: $35.00, $38 per pay period at hospital or $16 per pay period for parking at St. Anne’s l Shift & Scheduling: M-F with call requirements. Sat/Sun call requirements. 3 weekends every 6-week schedule.

Floating Requirements: Float between specialties in the lab.

5 days maximum time off

2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• CV (Cardiovascular Interventional Radiography (ARRT)) or the alternative certification RCIS

• RCES (Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist)

• CET (Certified EKG Technician)
