Remote Enterprise Tech Support Engineer

YugabyteDB is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our global team and own live enterprise tickets. You’ll diagnose distributed systems issues, review logs, run queries, and document root causes while collaborating across time zones.

You’ll work beyond canned responses, learn YugabyteDB on the job, and act as an incident commander during production events. A technical background and Linux familiarity are essential, with strong note-taking and customer communication.
