You'll help bring brands to life through digital and print design while learning agency workflows and collaborating with developers, marketers, copywriters, and project managers.Projects are managed through Teamwork, our project management platform. We also enjoy celebrating birthdays, work anniversaries, team lunches, and happy hours throughout the year.Primary ResponsibilitiesDesign digital and print marketing materials for a variety of clients and industriesCreate graphics for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, digital advertisements, presentations, and social mediaDevelop creative concepts that align with each client's brand standards and objectivesPrepare production-ready files for digital and print useRevise artwork based on internal and client feedbackMaintain organized project files and design assetsCollaborate with designers, developers, marketers, and project managers to deliver high-quality workEnsure designs are accurate, visually engaging, and delivered on scheduleStay current with design trends, software updates, and industry best practicesAssist with internal branding and marketing initiatives as neededOther duties as assignedQualifications1+ year of professional graphic design experience (agency experience is a plus)Strong portfolio demonstrating layout, typography, branding, and digital design skillsProficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign required)Experience with Figma is preferredBasic understanding of print production and digital design best practicesExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesStrong communication and collaboration skillsWillingness to learn, accept feedback, and grow professionallyVideo editing, motion graphics, or illustration experience is a plusAdobe Certifications are a plusApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorshipBase CompensationThis is a full-time salaried position paying $40,000$45,000 per year, depending on experience and portfolio.As our creative team continues to grow, there will be opportunities for this role to transition into a full-time salaried position.
