What You'll Do

• Build relationships with customers and understand their vehicle needs
• Become a knowledgeable Buick and GMC product expert
• Present vehicle options and demonstrate industry-leading features
• Conduct professional and engaging test drives
• Prepare vehicle quotes and explain financing options
• Follow up with prospective customers and leads
• Stay connected with existing customers to ensure an exceptional ownership experience
• Deliver the outstanding customer service that has helped build our reputation for more than five decades

What We're Looking For

• A positive attitude and strong desire to succeed
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Sales experience in automotive, retail, inside sales, or outside sales
• A steady work history and willingness to learn
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A valid U.S. driver's license
• A commitment to providing every customer with an exceptional experience
