Job Title: Emergency Medicine Physician

Certifications: Board Certification in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM)

Must-Have:
- Must be flexible to work days, nights, and weekends
- Must guarantee a minimum of 6-8 shifts per month
- Must be willing to work at associated facilities

Description:
Seeking Emergency Medicine Physicians to join a team.
Qualified physician candidates must be board certified in Emergency Medicine.
Locum need is for the equivalent of two full-time equivalents (FTEs).
Providers must be flexible to work various shifts including day, night, and weekend shifts.
The main facility may consider shifts shorter than 12 hours.
The Emergency Department is modern, having undergone a complete renovation.
The ED has an annual volume of approximately 20,000 visits.
Daily physician coverage in the ED is 24 hours with 12-hour shifts.
There is Advanced Practice Provider (APP) coverage during peak times.
The EMR system used is Meditech P-doc with M-Modal Dictation.
The facility has a Primary Stroke Center designation.
Phlebotomy is available to the ED during surges or critical alerts.
Imaging services available include MRI, CT scan, X-ray, and Ultrasound.
Current patient volume ranges from 50-70 daily based on the season.
