As a senior commercial specialist, the remote Manager, Deal Desk will manage Everway's pricing and discounting frameworks, deal approval processes, and commercial benchmarks to support annual recurring revenue growth while acting as a trusted partner to revenue leadership. Key responsibilities: Own and evolve the commercial deal-governance framework, including pricing policies and approval processes Set commercial pricing standards and guide complex deal structures, ensuring consistency and long-term revenue performance Act as a senior commercial expert, coaching sales teams on deal structuring and pricing decisions Required qualifications: 5+ years of experience in deal desk, pricing, sales finance, or SaaS commercial strategy Expertise in recurring revenue pricing and complex commercial deal structures Experience defining and improving commercial pricing policies and discount frameworks Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ or similar quoting systems Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex commercial information effectively
