We are seeking enthusiastic, full-time agents prepared to handle a substantial volume of business. Our agents typically close 2-3 transactions monthly within their first 60 days by leveraging our live-connection leads. With over $500 million in annual volume and a collaborative culture where no one builds alone, we offer the support you need to turn potential into production.

Position Requirements:
- Active California DRE License (Mandatory): All candidates must have an active license prior to joining. Assistance for obtaining a license is not provided at this time.
- Full-Time Dedication: This is a career-driven role for agents who treat real estate as their primary business.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $250,000.00+ per year (Commission-based)
