Job Description Job Title: Oracle Utilities CC&B Functional Lead \n Location: Chicago, IL 60603 or Baltimore, MD (Hybrid) \n Duration: 12+ month Contract \n \n JOB DESCRIPTION: \n \n Looking for Visa independent only (NO 1099 AND EAD) \n \n We are seeking an experienced Oracle Utilities CC&B Functional Lead to drive strategic initiatives in CCB area. The role will focus on stakeholder engagement, current-state assessments, solution design, modernization strategy, and migration planning for Oracle Utilities platforms. \n \n Key Responsibilities: \n - Lead business and application assessments for Oracle Utilities CC&B environments. \n - Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders, SMEs, architects, and program leadership to identify opportunities and challenges. \n - Analyze current-state processes, applications, integrations, and operating models. \n - Perform fit-gap assessments and develop strategic recommendations. \n - Define target-state business processes and high-level solution designs. \n - Develop modernization, migration, and transformation roadmaps. \n - Evaluate impacts to business processes, data, integrations, and operations. \n - Collaborate with architecture and delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility. \n - Present findings, recommendations, and business cases to executive stakeholders. \n - Drive alignment across business, technology, and vendor teams. \n \n Required Skills: \n - 10+ years of Utilities industry experience. \n - Strong experience with Oracle Utilities CC&B processes. \n - Proven experience leading assessments, discovery workshops, and solution design initiatives. \n - Expertise in business process analysis, gap assessment, and roadmap development. \n - Experience with application modernization, migration, or transformation programs. \n - Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills. \n - Ability to translate business objectives into actionable solution strategies. \n \n Key Deliverables: \n - Current-State Assessment Report \n - Future-State Solution Vision \n - Business Process and Capability Assessment \n - Fit-Gap Analysis \n - Executive Recommendations and Business Case \n - High-Level Solution Architecture and Implementation Approach \n \n Nice To Have Skills: \n - OUAF Groovy scripting \n - OUAF Scripting Engine \n - Oracle SQLPLSQL
