Inflect is seeking a Director of Design to lead the design function within the engineering team, setting the UI/UX and brand direction across product and marketing surfaces. This hands-on, senior leadership role reports to the VP of Technology and requires a strong craft, collaboration with frontend engineering, and a track record of building design systems. You will hire, grow, and lead a design team, champion studio-grade craft, partner with marketing, and translate complex product flows into #J-18808-Ljbffr Inflect
