Junior Financial Operations Associate

We are seeking a Financial Operations Associate to join a growing team in the Boca Raton area. This role supports daily client account servicing and operational activities within a financial services firm, providing a combination of client service and back-office support. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional looking to build experience across financial operations and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support for client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Assist with account opening, maintenance, and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Process financial transactions, including wire transfers, asset movements, trade settlements, and account updates.
• Respond to client inquiries and service requests, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure data integrity across internal systems.
• Collaborate with trading, compliance, and portfolio management teams to resolve operational issues.
• Assist with preparing client reports, account statements, and performance summaries.
• Follow established policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in financial services, operations, or client support.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive client relationships.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM platforms and client service systems.
