What’s in it for you?
- Starting pay: $20/hr
- Temp-to-Hire — the plan is to become permanent
- Monday–Friday | Approx. 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Supportive, team-oriented environment
- Work directly with attorneys and legal professionals
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting attorneys and legal staff
- Managing calendars, deadlines & client files
- Preparing and organizing legal documents
- Handling phones, email & correspondence
- Assisting with day-to-day office operations
We're looking for someone who:
- Is fluent in English & Spanish
- Has some law firm experience
- Is comfortable with Microsoft Office
- Is organized, professional & detail-oriented
- Has great communication and customer service skills
