Position Summary: Under the direction of the Operations Manager, Area Managers will serve as the point of contact in multiple accounts and provide direction to personnel.Job Responsibilities:Manage and retain employees at their designated locationsCommunicate job expectations, monitor, coach, develop and train / retain employeesEnforcement of policies, procedures and productivity standardsEstablish strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, service and operations information. Identify and evaluate trends / choose a course of action / define objectives and evaluate outcomesBuild and cultivate employee morale, motivation, loyalty and retentionMeasure performance compliance and requirements to meet scorecard objectives at or above designated levelsManages allocated daily budgeted hours vs actual hours worked. Monitor daily staffing needs in all assigned locations, as well as overtime control, absences, turnover and relocation of employee resources as neededParticipates in employee concerns: reporting, follow up, investigation and disciplinary processes as needed.
