A leading global commodities firm is seeking an experienced Senior to oversee inbound tax strategy, M&A, and compliance for its U.S. operations. This role blends technical tax expertise with strategic planning, supporting cross‑border investments and transactions in a highly dynamic industry. Job Description Preparation of federal 1120F and state tax returns, along with related extensions and estimated tax payments Working on preparation and analysis of financial statement and reports for tax return and quarterly income tax provision preparation Preparation of Forms 5472 Working with the Senior Tax Analyst and Tax Manager in the preparation of income tax provisions and tax return compliance Qualifications 3+ years international tax experience (Big 4 and/or multinational corporate tax department). Strong knowledge of U.S. international tax provisions and cross‑border structuring. Bachelor’s in Accounting required; MST, JD, or CPA preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
