Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)  

At Mercy Plus, we’re building a more flexible approach to center-based ABA. We want our clinicians spending their time where it matters most, supporting clients, families, and their clinical teams, while giving them greater autonomy over how they structure their workweek.

Compensation + Bonus Opportunity

$70,000–$80,000 annually

BCaBAs are eligible for our monthly clinical performance bonus program, with the opportunity to earn up to $12,000 annually in bonuses based on clinical performance and billable hours.

Flexibility Built Into Your Workweek

Our full-time BCaBAs expectation is 25 billable hours per week . Time in the center is primarily focused around client care, supervision, and the needs of your caseload, while eligible non-billable work can be completed from home .

This gives clinicians more flexibility to structure their week without the expectation of being in the center for a traditional 40-hour schedule.

Because our clients receive services throughout the day, some later-day availability is needed to support after-school clients, supervision, and parent training.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
• Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans and programming
• Supervise, train, and support Behavior Technicians
• Monitor client progress and make data-driven clinical decisions
• Provide parent and caregiver training
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians and center leadership
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and payer requirements
• Support high-quality, ethical ABA services across your caseload

What We’re Looking For  

• Current Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification
• Bachelor’s degree and completion of applicable BCaBA certification requirements
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a supervising BCBA and clinical team
• Commitment to ethical, compassionate, individualized ABA care
