About the Role:

Diverse Dimensions Behavior Consult in Indianapolis, IN is looking for a passionate and dedicated Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! In this rewarding role, you'll make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals by delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect accurate behavioral data and document client progress during each session
• Deliver direct 1:1 therapy to clients across home, clinic, or community settings
• Use evidence-based techniques including discrete trial training (DTT), naturalistic teaching, and behavior intervention strategies
• Communicate regularly with supervising BCBAs regarding client behavior, progress, and concerns
• Support skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals as outlined in each client's treatment plan
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapeutic environment for all clients

Requirements:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
• Prior experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities
• Strong data collection, documentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Compassionate, patient, and adaptable demeanor with a client-first mindset
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to various service locations in the Indianapolis area
