Hush & Whisper Market Manager - Ft Worth

Hush & Whisper Distilling defies convention and distills true grain-to-glass spirits. Key Responsibilities Lead territory-level sales planning and execution to achieve revenue goals and brand standards. Analyze sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and ensure execution. Build and maintain strong relationships with on- and off-premise accounts, acting as the primary point of contact within the assigned territory. Drive distribution, sales volume, and brand visibility by identifying new business opportunities and expanding market presence. Conduct daily customer visits and provide follow-up to ensure exceptional service, customer satisfaction, and long-term partnerships. Monitor and maintain product distribution, pricing, merchandising, and inventory levels across assigned territory. Ensure compliance with company policies and all Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) regulations. Collaborate with internal teams, distributor partners to achieve business objectives. Represent the company and its portfolio with professionalism, creating strong relationships and delivering outstanding customer experiences. Execute in-market activations, tastings, sampling events, and promotional programs to increase consumer awareness and visibility. Maintain a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to support account needs, brand activations, tastings, and industry events. Qualifications Must be 21 years or older 2+ years of beverage alcohol sales experience Proven track record in achieving sales goals Knowledge of beverage alcohol products Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in MS Word and Excel Initial onboarding and training will be in Bryan, TX.
