Staff Software Engineer: Platform Architect & Technical Leader

Shibumi

Shibumi is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to provide hands-on technical leadership, design solutions, and drive complex initiatives across the platform. You will influence architecture, mentor teammates, and raise the engineering bar while delivering meaningful features. The role emphasizes ownership, multi-stack work across Java/Spring, Rust, React/TypeScript, and cloud-native services on AWS and Kubernetes.
