We are hiring Kitchen Leads for our Back of House (BOH) Team--also known as Shift Managers or Assistant Managers--for our Kitchen Team:

• No experience necessary, training provided
• Openings available for day & evening shifts
• Full-time and part-time hours available

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you are primarily responsible for:

• Leading and directing Kitchen / Back of House operations during your scheduled shift
• Assessing business needs throughout the shift and assigning Team Members to positions that best support operational success
• Coaching, motivating, and developing Team Members with real-time feedback and accountability
• Partnering with the Hospitality Team Lead to communicate business needs, staffing adjustments, and operational priorities
• Maintaining the highest standards of food safety, food quality, cleanliness, and operational procedures
• Ensuring team members are following recipes, procedures, and Chick-fil-A standards
• Balancing food quality, speed of service, accuracy, and team care when making operational decisions

Some responsibilities of all Team Members include:

• Provide a safe, welcoming, and kind environment for all Customers and Team Members
• Execute all procedures as laid out by leaders (this includes Food Safety, Service, and Cleanliness models)
• Work hard in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
• Proactively contribute to the cleanliness of both Customer and Team Member areas
• Respect your teammates by being on time for shifts

Specific Kitchen Team Lead job duties include:

• Work as a line cook and prep cook, preparing every meal with care and consistency
• Handle food prep—portioning, breading, and prepping ingredients—with a strong focus on food safety and quality
• Move with urgency and stay productive from the moment your shift starts
• Keep your kitchen station clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Display grit and positivity, particularly during rush periods
• Own your impact on the Customer experience
