Mechanical EngineerA multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering and construction firm is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to help them bring innovative HVAC and plumbing solutions to life at their Charlotte, NC office. Your day includes ensuring HVAC and plumbing meets code and budget requirements, working with the construction administration team to develop project work, managing equipment selection and preparing contractor RFPs, representing the company in project meetings and building customer relationships, and assisting in negotiations and strategy meetings. Must haves include 3-5 years of experience in commercial HVAC and plumbing design, a 4-year degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience, a PE license highly desirable, and previous experience in building facilities (hospitality, commercial, retail, residential, etc). Ability to travel 30%. In addition to offering a comprehensive health, dental, and vision package, the firm also provides a Costco Card and Gym Membership.
