About the Role:

As our Human Resources Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the administrative functions of our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support and complete HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with Oak Park Oasis's goals and values
• Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding process, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Coordinate and manage employee training, development, and retention initiatives
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and benefits administration
• Collaborate with department managers to identify and address recruitment and retention needs
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, department managers, and other stakeholders
• Monitor and report HR metrics, including turnover rates, training metrics, and employee satisfaction

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in long term care
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations, including FMLA, ADA, and ACA (preferred)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
