Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract opportunity, running from August 12, 2025, through May 22, 2026, will have you working onsite with multiple openings available to accommodate a diverse caseload. Work a consistent 37.5 hours per week alongside dedicated professionals who share your commitment to student success.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Virginia Speech-Language Pathologist (SLPA) license required
• Prior experience in a school setting or with K-12 populations preferred
• Strong assessment, intervention, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, counselors, and family members
• Excellent organizational and documentation capabilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech therapy services to students in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop intervention plans tailored to diverse learning needs
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and documentation as required by school regulations
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to educational planning
• Engage in ongoing communication with parents, educators, and support staff for student progress and program development
