Support Associate

Role Overview We’re looking for a flexible, collaborative individual to support both front‑ and back‑of‑house operations in a high‑volume retail environment. The candidate will act as greeter, runner, cashier, phone operator and support operational policies across the store. Responsibilities Greeter, runner, cashier and phone answering duties. Execute operational policies and procedures. Pack and unpack shipments; organize stock room to support product flow. Collaborate with teammates to maintain store standards and deliver retail excellence. Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in a high‑volume, customer‑driven retail environment (stock‑related experience is a plus). Open availability for a flexible schedule that includes overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts. Occasional overnight travel may be required. Physical ability to lift at least 40 lbs, carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods. Resourceful, collaborative, highly motivated, efficient with a sense of humor.
