Smokey Bones serves lunch and dinner and has a full bar featuring a variety of bourbons and whiskeys; a selection of domestic, import, and local craft beers; and signature, handcrafted cocktails. We offer a variety of meats that are slow-smoked, fire-grilled, and available for dine-in, pick-up, online ordering, or catering and delivery. Minimum Requirements Able to communicate (speak, read, and write) in English. Authorized to work in the United States Additional Requirements: Excellent customer service and people skills In-depth knowledge of food sanitation and safety policies Strong attention to detail High energy levels Ability to work in a team Excellent verbal communication Physical Requirements: Able to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs. to waist level. Able to move items up to 50 lbs. for distances of up to 25 feet. Able to remain standing and active for an 8-12 hour shift. Able to hear, understand and respond to employees' and guests' requests in a loud environment. Able to tolerate exposure to cold and hot temperatures (below 0 F and above 90 F) throughout the shift.
