Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Rehabilitation Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 06:45 - 19:15 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: RN License required Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: Advanced skills in rehabilitation nursing Description: Exceptional care, every day. Provides a full continuum of post-acute care, or care after a serious illness or injury. Committed to delivering exceptional, personalized care to patients. Aims to help each patient live the fullest, most rewarding life possible. Works closely with caregivers and families to ensure comprehensive support is available. The facility is an 80-bed inpatient unit for acute rehabilitation. Offers rehabilitation programs for a multitude of illnesses, injuries, and conditions. Services include traditional physical, occupational, and speech therapies. Includes specialty rehabilitation programs, with many services unique to the region. Patient ratios are typically 5-6. Support staff available 11 hours a day. Utilizes various types of medical equipment including IV pumps and specialty beds. Employs a documentation system for efficient patient management. There is a commitment to patient and family-centered care. Attractive work environment with friendly staff. Located in a pleasant year-round climate with numerous leisure activities available.
