Position Overview The Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) - Primary Care provides comprehensive primary healthcare services to patients across the lifespan. This role includes health promotion, disease prevention, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions in accordance with Illinois state regulations, hospital policies, and evidence-based clinical practice guidelines. The ANP collaborates closely with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure high‑quality, patient‑centered care. Specifics Position: Advanced Nurse Practitioner Department: Medical Group (Primary Care) Position Status: Full‑time Education Qualifications Required: Graduate of an accredited Master's or Doctoral Nurse Practitioner program. Certification Qualifications Required: Current Illinois Nursing License Required: Current Basic Life Support (AHA or American Red Cross BLS) certification Required: Nonviolent Crisis Intervention training course (CPI) required within 1 month of hire date Preferred: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA or American Red Cross ACLS) Experience Qualifications Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license Current Illinois Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license National Nurse Practitioner certification (AANP or ANCC) Current DEA registration (or ability to obtain) BLS certification required; ACLS preferred Company Benefits Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans.
