Business Sales Operations Coordinator

Job brief Unique Escapes is a travel business focused on curating personalized, high-quality travel experiences. We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Business Sales Operations Coordinator to support daily sales operations, client campaigns andfollow-up, booking administration, and business workflows. This is a remote role for people who enjoy organization, communication, and helping a growing travel business run smoothly. Responsibilities Support the sales process by managing leads, inquiries, and follow-up communications. Maintain accurate client records, booking details, and sales documentation. Prepare travel quotes, itineraries, and reservation summaries using approved travel tools. Coordinate communication between clients, travel suppliers, and internal team members. Track bookings, payments, deadlines, and outstanding client requests. Create and maintain organized spreadsheets, reports, and standard operating procedures. Assist with email marketing, social media content, and client relationship follow-up. Research destinations, hotels, cruises, and travel packages to support client planning. Provide excellent, professional customer service by phone, email, and online platforms. Identify opportunities to improve workflows and support business growth. Requirements Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail. Comfortable learning web-based travel, CRM, email marketing, and booking tools. Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated remote workspace. Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and meet deadlines. Customer service, administrative, sales support, hospitality, or travel-industry experience advantageous but not required Interest in travel, luxury travel, cruises, resorts, and destination planning is a plus.
