Primary Care Physician Opportunity – Fishkill, NY – 75 miles North of New York City

Affiliated with Vassar Brothers Medical Center, we seek a board-certified/eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our busy and growing primary care practices in Fishkill, NY. The practice includes 3 other physicians and 2 Nurse Practitioners and serves patients of all ages.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care to all ages, managing acute and chronic conditions.
• Practice in a respectful and collegial environment with excellent work–life balance.
• Utilize the shared hospitalist program for in‑patient admissions when needed.
• Partner with multidisciplinary staff to promote wellness across an entire patient panel.

Job Requirements

• MD or DO with New York State license and Federal DEA registration.
• Completed Family Medicine Residency and Board Certified or Board Eligible.
• Participate in shared off‑hour coverage (phone calls only, nurse triage).
