Experienced Carpenter Needed
We are seeking a dependable, skilled carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with interior framing and finish carpentry and take pride in producing high-quality work. Experience with tile installation is a strong plus. We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. This will be a full time position that follows a Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm work schedule, with a one hour lunch break.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in residential and/or light commercial carpentry
- Strong knowledge of interior framing and finish carpentry
- Tile installation experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret plans and measurements
- Proficient with hand and power tools
- Possess a valid driver's license to operate company vehicles
- Must be able to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding work
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Must be able to pass a background check

Job Responsibilities
Daily tasks may vary depending on the project and may include, but are not limited to:
- Interior and exterior demolition
- Wood framing
- Finish carpentry, including trim installation
- Interior and exterior door installation
- Window installation and replacement
- Tile installation for floors, backsplashes, showers, and other applications
- Interior painting and touch-up work
- Installation of subflooring and floor preparation
- Exterior siding installation and repairs
- Re-decking existing decks, as well as framing out new decks
- Installation of vanities and kitchen cabinetry
- Assisting with general remodeling and renovation projects
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Communicating effectively with team members and following project schedules
Compensation
Pay is competitive and based on experience, skill level, and overall qualifications.
