Pay & Schedule Hourly Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Schedule: Full-Time - Monday - Thursday 6AM - 4:30PM Pay Frequency: Weekly Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire Location: Stacy, MN Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Short-Term Disability & Life Insurance Sick Leave Employee Assistance Program Referral Bonus Program ($100 for each referral who works 100 hours) Key Responsibilities Receive incoming materials and verify manufacturer part numbers against purchase orders, prints, specifications, and related documentation. Inspect incoming materials and components for quality, accuracy, and compliance with company standards. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure materials are properly stored and tracked. Perform general inventory control tasks, including cycle counts and inventory reconciliation. Complete year-end inventory projects and special assignments in a timely and accurate manner. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. 1-3 years of direct inventory, warehouse, manufacturing, or related experience required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate inventory records. Self-motivated and self-directed with the ability to work independently and meet objectives with minimal supervision. Experience Required 1-3 years of direct or related experience required. Experience receiving, inspecting, and tracking inventory in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred. Familiarity with purchase orders, inventory systems, and material control processes. Strong organizational and time management skills.
