The Forklift Operator plays a key role in warehouse operations by safely operating a sit-down forklift, moving materials, and supporting general warehouse tasks. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Forklift operation - Safely operate a sit-down forklift to move, load, and unload materials.
Material handling - Transport pallets, stage products, and organize inventory.
General warehouse duties - Assist with picking, packing, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness.
Safety compliance - Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures.
Inventory support - Help track stock levels and report discrepancies.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience operating a sit-down forklift.
Ability to perform general warehouse tasks.
Strong attention to safety and detail.
Reliable attendance and ability to work independently or with a team.
Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous warehouse or distribution experience.
Knowledge of basic inventory processes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions
Full-time schedule; hours may vary by facility.
Warehouse environment with frequent movement and material handling.
