Job Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of Dish Area, Plates, Glassware and Silver
• Protect the quality of the guest experience
• Maintain morale and performance of kitchen
• Offer support and constructive criticism
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Other duties as assigned
