Requirements

Board Certified in Radiology and Interventional Radiology

Must be available for

more than 6 weeks per year ; greater availability is strongly preferred

Must be flexible and willing to travel between coverage sites in Indiana based on the greatest staffing need

Must be willing to support multiple practices and locations, including Lafayette, Terre Haute, and Northern Indiana
