We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at University Health & Rehabilitation Center. As a valued member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to residents in a rehabilitation or long-term care setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and communication
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the healthcare team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and progress
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes
- Demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and fostering a positive work environment
Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- 0 years of experience (entry-level opportunity)
- Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients as needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and improving outcomes
