Senior Legal Secretary - Business Transactions & Litigation

We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Secretary to support attorneys practicing in business transactions and litigation . This role is designed for a seasoned legal professional who works independently, understands complex commercial matters, and thrives in a structured, professional law firm environment. Responsibilities Draft corporate documents, contracts, filings, and related forms; Communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and third parties; Assist attorneys with time entry, billing support, and administrative tasks; Coordinate service of process, subpoenas, and court filings; Prepare and e-file pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence in Utah state and federal courts; and Manage document flow and calendaring, including litigation calendars, hearings, meetings, depositions, and trials Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a legal secretary supporting transactional and/or business litigation attorneys Strong working knowledge of business law and commercial litigation Experience filing in Utah state and federal courts Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines with minimal supervision Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills Medical, dental, and vision insurance Voluntary supplemental insurance options Life insurance Paid time off Paid holidays 401(k) with employer match Covered parking #J-18808-Ljbffr Christensen & Jensen Attorneys
