Registered Nurse-Emergency Department - Evenings

Position Highlights Hourly Pay Range: $36.00 - $55.80 per hour, based on expertise and years of experience. Position: RN – Emergency Department, Plainfield. Hours: Evening shift 3:00 pm – 3:00 am, every third weekend and rotating holidays. Full‑time, 36 hours per week. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (or associate degree with completion of a Bachelor within five years). Current Registered Nurse licensure of the State of Illinois. Current CPR certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross). Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within three months of start. Pediatric Life Support (PALS) within three months of start. Stroke Scale Certification (NIHSS) within three months of start. Responsibilities Provide professional nursing care in accordance with the Illinois Professional Registered Nurse Practice Act, hospital policies, and procedures. Use critical thinking skills to assess patient conditions, recognize changes, and plan, implement, and evaluate care. Monitor patient progress and record observations.
