What We Look For Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress Eligible for, or possession of, relevant state licensure Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children (PK-12) Ability to assess, diagnose, and develop intervention plans for varied communication needs Skilled in collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary team Organized, flexible, and committed to student-focused outcomes What The Work Entails Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services to approximately 60 students per SLP Work onsite (no virtual offerings) at one or two campuses assigned according to your preference and expertise Serve students in a range of educational environments, including PK, elementary, middle, high school, and 18+ programs Perform assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and document student progress Engage in IEP meetings, collaborate with teachers and parents, and provide training as needed Maintain compliance with all relevant legal and ethical guidelines Perks Of This Role Consistent school schedule (Aug 6th–May 28th, 37.5 hours weekly) Supportive, team-oriented work culture Assignments matched to your skills and interests Opportunity to make a lasting impact within the school community #J-18808-Ljbffr Soliant
