Key Responsibilities
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Gemini Counseling Center, you will:
- Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and resources, crafting an informed basis for intervention.
- Deliver individual, family, and group therapy grounded in evidence-based practices, employing therapeutic modalities like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that outline specific goals, interventions, and progress markers.
- Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which may include psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.
- Provide crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessment and safety planning when necessary to address immediate mental health concerns.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical documentation in line with ethical and legal standards.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, promoting community and shared learning among clients.

Qualifications

- A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

- A robust understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and client-centered treatment approaches.

Compensation and Benefits
