Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr Allocator – Planning Team We’re partnering with a contemporary fashion brand seeking an Allocator to join their growing Planning team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about optimizing inventory and driving business results across retail and e-commerce channels. Key Responsibilities Manage allocations across DTC and e-commerce channels to meet monthly inventory goals Analyze sales-to-stock ratios, order flow, and backstock to ensure balanced inventory distribution Identify sales and inventory opportunities by location to optimize performance Support Planning with weekly replenishment orders and ad hoc inventory projects Communicate with warehouse and cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and accuracy Maintain data integrity and execute entry tasks across multiple planning systems Partner with peers to streamline processes and share best practices Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in retail allocation, planning, or inventory management Strong Excel and data analysis skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow‑through Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities Ability to work onsite in Los Angeles four days per week Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full‑time Job function Analyst Industries Retail Apparel and Fashion Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at 24 Seven Talent by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr 24 Seven Talent
