Application Developer
Design and Develop Filed Property Assessment Application for Business Division and Real Property Division.
Typical tasks include:
- Design and architect the Business Audit Package Application.
- Work with BSA in collecting the requirements.
- Develop and test the application.
- Provide detail design document.
- Deploy the application.
- Provide Knowledge Transfer to Assessor Office staff.
Training and experience should demonstrate the possession and direct application of the following knowledge and abilities:
Education: BS Engineering
10+ years of software development.
Technical skills: .Net Core, Microsoft.Net Framework, ASP.NET, MVC, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, ADO.NET, AJAX, JSON, JQuery, AngularJS, WCF, Restful, Web API, MS SQL Server, Git.
Experience includes:
- Expertise in design and development of Web based, client-server, N-tier, distributed applications using C#.NET, ASP.NET, Web Services, SQL Server.
- Full stack ASP.NET MVC developer using C#,.Net, Entity Framework, JavaScript, JQuery, AngularJS, Git, Kendo UI components or similar UI components library.
- Good to have experience with ES6, Angular/React or similar framework.
- Experience in managing all facets of web site development from initial design and architecture to site deployment.
- Created and consumed WCF service, Restful Service, Web API.
- Experienced in documenting the High Level and Detailed Level Design documents.
